Company Settings

Navigate to your organization page and click Settings in the sidebar. You need at least an admin role to view and edit organization settings.

In the General section you can change the organization name, set conversation visibility defaults (private vs. shared), and toggle whether global knowledge is available to members.

Choose a default Speed Mode for all organization conversations:

• Auto — the system picks the best mode per question.
• Fast — single-model, no web search. Best for simple questions.
• Medium — balanced quality and speed with optional web search.
• Deep — multi-step research with tool loops and web crawling.

For compliance-sensitive organizations, you can disable internet access entirely. When toggled on, web-sourced tools (web search, URL lookup, crawl) are blocked for all organization conversations.

Alternatively, use the domain allowlist in Enterprise Controls to restrict web access to specific approved domains instead of disabling it completely.

Important: this setting does not disable linked REST API data sources. If your policy requires strict no external egress, review and disable or remove external REST API data sources in Organization Settings.

If you have a dedicated deployment, open the API Keys (BYOK) section to store your own AI provider keys. Supported providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, and Cohere.

When BYOK is enabled, all AI inference for your organization uses your keys — the platform never sees or bills for the underlying API calls.

In Infrastructure, choose Cloud Miners or Dedicated Minersmode for organization execution.

Use Allow Community Miner Access to decide whether cloud-mode requests may use shared/community miners. Turn it off to restrict requests to organization-assigned miners while staying in cloud mode.

Organizations on dedicated hosting can enable clearance-based access controls:

• Clearance Enabled — turns on classification-based data filtering.
• Default Classification — sets the baseline for new entities.
• Min Clearance to Access Org — blocks members below a clearance level.
• Safety Training Required — gates access behind role-based training.
• Compartment Enforcement — restricts data to project-level membership.

These settings are not available on shared deployments. Upgrade to a dedicated plan first.

Adjust the Chain Run Retention Days setting to control how long conversation traces and execution records are stored. The platform default is 5 years (1825 days). Compliance policies may require shorter retention windows.
