Reviewing Notifications
Review notification preferences in Settings and system-level alerts in the admin console.

Set what reaches your bell
Open Settings, switch to the Notificationstab, and choose which notification types should appear in your bell. Muted notification kinds are skipped entirely.

Review admin notifications
Platform admins can open /admin/notifications to review system-level alerts such as contact submissions. Each item shows its kind, title, full body, timestamp, and read status.

Clear or follow up
Mark admin alerts as read once they are handled, or jump back into the relevant organization, compliance, or automation page to continue the investigation.
Tip:Notifications work well as a closing demo segment because they show the assistant is not only executing work, but also surfacing follow-up tasks that an operator can act on quickly.
